Navigating Overwhelm

There’s usually a time at least once a week when I feel overwhelmed.


“I have so much to do. Am I going to be able to keep up with everything?”





Here are three tips for navigating overwhelm.


  1. First, breathe and take a step back. Even Superman has to rest. ;) Give yourself permission to take breaks.

  2. Second, prioritize your tasks and break down your to-dos into chunks. Sometimes we’re overwhelmed because we haven’t mapped out a step by step to accomplish our goals.

  3. Lastly, ask for help if you need it. Don’t be afraid to reach out.


Next time you feel overwhelmed, I hope these tips will help you find some calm in the chaos.
