Finding Gratitude in the Daily Grind

I'll just say it- I'm tired. It's the end of another busy week and a lot of us are gearing up for 2025. Whether we realize it or not, it's coming. Every year we think "how did we get here so fast?" and yet here we are.
One thing I was encouraged by was a webinar hosted with ingomu this week led by the amazing Al Wynant where some of our amazing coaches talked about various topics but the one that stood out the most to me was gratitude. It's so easy to think about what we don't have, and I often get stuck in that rut if I am not careful. But I encourage you (as I am challenging myself) to push gratitude in your daily grind.
Gratitude shifts our perspective. Instead of focusing solely on what we didn’t accomplish or how weary we feel, it allows us to pause and reflect on the blessings that surrounded us throughout the week. Maybe it was a kind word from a colleague, a shared laugh with a friend, or simply a moment of stillness in a hectic day.
As we move into the weekend, I encourage each of you to tap into that same spirit of gratitude. Reach out to someone who may also be feeling the weight of the week. A simple message, a quick check-in, or even just a smile can make all the difference.
Together, we can turn end-of-week fatigue into an opportunity for reflection, appreciation, and renewed strength.
I'd love to hear from you in the comments- what is one thing you are grateful for this week?
As for me, I'm grateful for all of you.
